The main reason I don't like pop music.
I find it hard to believe that there are actually people so knuckleheaded that all they care about is drinking, having sex and going to stupid parties. I am skeptical that the people that sing about raisin’ their glass in the air because they’re so free and stuff really are genuinely that stupid. And I really, really don’t believe that anyone can be that contented in life doing...

The thing about Legal Studies is that it’s like modern history but people actually care about your opinion. Like, no kidding, one of my homework questions is “Outline your opinion on the verdict.” I like that in a class.

Sorry I haven't been posting very many real posts...
By real posts I mean like… my usual regime of comic scans and music and like not just repetitive text posts and reblogs. What can I say, I haven’t been feeling myself lately. Too much to do… I’ll do some good posts tomorrow

A: Dad, would you mind buying some conditioner? I think we’re out
H: Albus Severus Potter. You were named for two Headmasters of Hogwarts. One of them never used conditioner and he was probably the greasiest man I ever knew

Are any of my followers into Existentialism?
Because I feel like discussing Beauvoir at length but in “real” life I get made fun of for getting really into deep-thinking philosophies and also nobody I know in “real” life would be comfortable with me applying Beauvoir concepts to LGBTQ circumstances. There should be like a social networking website for people that want to discuss philosophy.

Whats the word for when a band’s musical style is really epic-sounding and makes you think about how good it feels when you’re in a moshpit jumping around and its way too hot and then you put your arms in the air and the lights turn blue at the same time and there’s all these lasers and you feel like cool air and light is filling you up and you’ve reached nirvana.

It was hard to take The Handmaid’s Tale seriously at first because in the first couple of chapters every time she passes someone on the street or wherever she talks about how she wants to touch them. Not like, sexually or anything. She just wants to go up to strangers in the street and like, touch their faces. I laughed for a really long time but then I was like “now I am sad”...

stfuconservatives: stfuconservatives: That having a period or jerking off also destroys “potential” life. The fact that you are not having sex at this minute is technically obstructing potential life. An egg is not a “potential chicken,” it’s an egg. An acorn is not a “potential… Pro-lifers should read “the handmaid’s tale”

Also another thing I don’t get about straight edge is that what exactly about drugs is it that they hate so much. Is it just a health thing? Because if it is, why the self-righteousness? That’s like saying “I take vitamin supplements and run 15 kilometres every day I am god.” Is it that they think it’s honourable to not alter their state of mind in any way, to...

breaking in a new sketchbook
Is the greatest feeling in the world… this is going to be a good one. Is it weird that I kind of treat the cycles of sketchbooks as like some kind of pagan religion and look for omens and stuff?
